NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-002720, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and TRACEY PADGETT A/K/A TRACEY R. PADGETT; RICHARD PADGETT A/K/A RICHARD R. PADGETT, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of March, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
