NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-8098 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and SPENCER SHANE COWART; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on March 9, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
