RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007269 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and HERBERT W. STEVENSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 5, in Block B, of COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B, TRACT 9, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Book 73, at page 8, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
