NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and RUTH M. POWERS; TIFFANY SUITES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 28 OF TIFFANY SUITES CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4166, PAGE 941, AND AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4427, PAGE 1745, AND SECOND AMENMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4450, PAGE 1, AND THIRD AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4450, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 13 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 35, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREA
