Unit A in Building 5, Eastfield Slopes, Phase I, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 3967, Page 1180, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 45 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
