NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-006934, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE7, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ESMERALDO GAHUTAN A/K/A ESMERALDO M. GAHUTAN, JR.; LUALHATI GAHUTAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8 MARGARET ANNE SUBDIVISION REVISED ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
