NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11 December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-009389 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Eddie Newsome, Linda Newsome also known as Linda G. Newsome, LVNV Funding LLC, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Pauline Ross, The Unknown Spouse of Linda Newsome also known as Linda G. Newsome n/k/a Donnie Williams, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Walter Hightower, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 26th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
