NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015730, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST II, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and SUJATHA CHETTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING CORP.; CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING NO, 9, UNIT 5222, CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15732, PAGES 959 THROUGH 1090, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
