NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-6462 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BRENT AARON GARRETT LLC is the Plaintiff, and ANA MARINA TERUYA, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006-EMX2, and FIA CARD SERVICES NA FKA BANK OF AMERICA, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on MAY 5, 2015, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103, IN BLOCK E, OF PINECREST VILLA ADDITION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
Property Address: 7512 N. Cameron Avenue, Tampa, FL 33614 (“Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
