NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, and An Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 13, 2015, both entered in Case No. 12-5670 CI 13, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and BRYAN SADLER A/K/A BRYAN P. SADLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRYAN SADLER A/K/A BRYAN P. SADLER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; BRENDA I. SEPULVEDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
