NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000955, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. COASTAL STATES MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and 654 ARBOR LANE LAND TRUST; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; ZBIGNIEW GRAJZER; BOGDANA GRAJZER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of March, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 OF ZIGGY'S PLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
