NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-004955-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2014-4, is the Plaintiff and CLARA D. JONES; TERRY JONES; LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of The Circuit Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 9th, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 10-F, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM 1, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4145, PAGES 1040 THROUGH 1057, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 45 AND 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
