NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, bac HOME loans Servicing, L.P. F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., entered in this action on the 14th day of January, 2015, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 94 of Westchase Section “430B”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 38 of public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Grand Oaks community at 10801 Laurel Glen, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
