NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 7, 2015 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 104, OF CARIBAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4287, PAGE 773, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS APPURTENANCES ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION. AND AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF CARIBAY RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 39 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
