NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-009761-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-ABC1 is the Plaintiff and DENNIS DONOVAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS DONOVAN n/k/a ANNE DONOVAN, FREEDOM PROCESSING SERVICES, INC. TRUSTEE OF THE DENNIS DONOVAN RAINBOW BLVD TRUST DATED 09/06/2007, PETER BAZZINI, DORIS BAZZINI, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) n/k/a JENNIFER ROMAO, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a JOHN HAMILL, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on FEBRUARY 17, 2015, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:

Book 7019, Page 1950, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast ¼, of Section 29, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, thence North 88° 47'44” West along the centerline of C.R. 118 (Haines Bayshore Road) a distance of 176.45 feet to the point of intersection with the centerline of Wolford Drive according to the plat of UNIT 1 OF SUNRISE VISTA SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 33, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, departing centerline of C.R. 118, along said centerline of Wolford Drive South 00°07`41” East, 191.26 feet, departing centerline of Wolford Drive, run South 40°57'44” East 74.84 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 21, UNIT ONE SUNRISE VISTA SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run thence along the East line of said Wolford Drive, North 2°07'41” West, 106.25 feet to a point of tangency; thence along a curve to the right, having a radius of 30 feet, a central angle of 43°05'25”, an arc distance of 73.91 feet, a chord bearing of North 68°27'17” East, and a chord distance of 56.59 feet to a point on the Southerly right of way line of Rainbow Boulevard, UNIT 1, SUNRISE VISTA SUBDIVISION as described above, continue along the extended Southerly right of way line of said Rainbow Boulevard North 40°57`44” West, 132.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
