NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-004951, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH O' MALLEY; THIRD FEFERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 97, OF FRESH WATER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
