NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 06, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-004429-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and VINCENT L IONATA; CALADESI PLACE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of February, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1 OF CALADESI PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 71 AND 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5360, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
