NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2014, and entered in 14-002659-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY ANN DURANTE, DECEASED. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 37 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4808, PAGES 350-412, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 42-45, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
