NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014 and entered in 08-13537 CI 08 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FV-I, INC. TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff and CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; KATRINA NEELEY; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; MARY DOE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; RICHARD E. SIMMONS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 AND THE WEST 9.5 FEET OF LOT 7, AND THE EAST 18.5 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK B, PINE PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 119, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
