NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2014, and entered in 11-006830-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MABEL E. MCCORMICK AKA MABEL ELIZABETH PRINGLE; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LORENZO PRINGLE, DECEASED ; PLESETTA PRINGLE A/K/A PRESETTA PRINGLE; EDDIE PRINGLE; PATTI PRINGLE; JOSHUA PRINGLE; RODERICK PRINGLE; ANTONIO PRINGLE; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TORINA PRINGLE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, REVISED MAP OF STANLEY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
