NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-012449 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Susan Medley Algie a/k/a Susan Gary Algie a/k/a Susan M. Algie a/k/a Susan G. Algie a/k/a Susan Algie, Surviving Spouse of Robert J. Algie, Deceased, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT 11 AND THE EASTERLY 40.93 FEET OF LOT 10, LAKE HIGHLANDS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 55 AND 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PART THEREOF LYING NORTHERLY OF AND WITHIN 50 FEET OF THE SURVEY LINE OF SR S-586, SECTION 15500, SAID SURVEY LINE BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN ON THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AT A POINT 2659.67 FEET SOUTH OF THE NW CORNER THEREOF, SAID POINT BEING ON A CURVE CONCAVE NORTHERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 17,188.74 FEET; THENCE FROM A TANGENT BEARING OF NORTH 89 DEGREES 30'27” EAST RUN EASTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE 251.67 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00 DEGREES 50'20” TO THE END OF SAID CURVE; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 40'07” EAST 1086.54 FEET TO A SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE EAST LINE OF LOT 21, LAKE HIGHLANDS ESTATES, IN SAID SECTION 18 AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AT A POINT 334.31 FEET SOUTHERLY OF THE NE CORNER OF LOT 22 OF SAID SUBDIVISION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
