RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 12, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-012435-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE EMERY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
A parcel of Land Situated in and being a part of the southerly portion of Lots 19 and 20 in Block D of FIRST ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 95, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMERCE at the northeast corner of said Lot 19, Block D, FIRST ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT, same being a point in the west ROW line of Washington Avenue; THENCE S00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds W, along said ROW line and east line of Lot 19, a distance of 82.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE continue S00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds W, along said common line, a distance of 94.06 feet to a point; THENCE S60 degrees 38 minutes 13 seconds W a distance of 19.61 feet to a point in the northerly ROW line of Stevenson Avenue, common with the southerly line of said Lots 19 and 20; THENCE N58 degrees 43 minutes 34 seconds W, along said common line, a distance of 96.56 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 20; THENCE N00 degrees 09 minutes 04 seconds W, along the west line of said Lot 20, a distance of 54.65 feet to a point which bears S00 degrees 09 minutes 04 seconds E, 84.43 feet along said line from the northwest corner of said Lot 20; THENCE S89 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds E a distance of 99.77 feet to the point of Beginning.
