NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-13-000641-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and MARK DANIEL EAST AKA MARK D. EAST, TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK DANIEL EAST AKA MARK D. EAST, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9-0913, OF TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13844, AT PAGE 1800-1904, AND CONDO PLAT BOOK 133, PAGE 85-107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
