NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-004748-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and SHARON ANN ADAMS, BRIAN KENT RHOADS SR., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST CLEON LEPOFSKY A/K/A CLEON H. LEPOFSKY, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, DONALD REX RHOADS, WILLIAM RUE RHOADS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON ANN ADAMS N/K/A JAMES ADAMS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD REX RHOADS N/K/A RENA RHOADS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN KENT RHOADS SR. N/K/A VICKIE RHOADS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM RUE RHOADS, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Cleon Lepofsky aka Cleon H. Lepofsky, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 38, BELLEAIR PARK ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 63, at Page 39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
