NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-005365-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and MARIA CARMEN GONZALEZ, CACH, LLC, FIBERGLASS COATINGS, INC., MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, PINECREST II MOBILE HOME PARK, LLC D/B/A PINECRECT II MOBILE HOME PARK, ZE - LONG WANG, BAY AREA REMODELERS, INC., CITY OF CLEARWATER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA CARMEN GONZALEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 11, FAIRMOUNT PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
