NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-003369-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and CAROL MONG A/K/A CAROL J. MONG A/K/A CAROL J. CARTWRIGHT; LAS PALMAS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL MONG A/K/A CAROL J. MONG A/K/A CAROL J. CARTWRIGHT are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
