NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2011, and an order rescheduling sale dated, January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018535-CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-HE3, is Plaintiff and EDWARD M. BAGENSKI, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18 and the south ½ of Lot 19, Block B, Paradise Park, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 25, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6291 63rd Street, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
