NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-002955-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated April 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-2 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2, is Plaintiff and Robert Stephens, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 10, OAK RIDGE No.2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 99, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 5171 3rd Avenue N., St. Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
