NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12013431CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RANDOLPH M. LLOYD A/K/A RANDOLPH M. LLOYD, SR., A/K/A RANDOLPH M.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; DISCOVER BANK; EMCC INVESTMENT VENTURES; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR TO AMSOUTH BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HEATHER M LLOYD; RANDOLPH M. LLOYD, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of February, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 56.42 FEET OF LOTS 15 AND 16 OF BLOCK 6, FIRST SECTION OF LELLMAN HEIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
