NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 12, 2015, and amended on January 16, 2015, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the property described as follows:
Tarpon Woods, Tanglewood Patio Homes Sec. No. 1, Lot 12C, in a subdivision of Pinellas County, Florida, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 75, Pages 55 and 56 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more fully described as 1230 Palmer Lane, Palm Harbor, Florida 34685.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 24th day of February, 2015, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
