NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21st day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-005306 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and STEVEN SHERMAN A/K/A STEVEN H. SHERMAN A/K/A STEVEN HAMILTON SHERMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN SHERMAN A/K/A STEVEN H. SHERMAN A/K/A STEVEN HAMILTON SHERMAN; VICKI L. ATKINSON A/K/A VICKI CLARK SHERMAN A/K/A VICKI LYNN CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICKI L. ATKINSON A/K/A VICKI CLARK SHERMAN A/K/A VICKI LYNN CLARK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LVNV FUNDING LLC; DISCOVER BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 25th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, LESS THE WEST 10.5 FEET, BLOCK 27, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65,66 AND 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
