NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-004403-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and JULIE TAYLOR, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, DUNEDIN SCOTSDALE VILLA III ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That Certain Condominium Parcel Composed of Unit 1002, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Scottsdale Villa Condominium III, Phase I, as recorded in O.R. Book 5788, Pages 1367 through 1440, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 77, Pages 88 through 95, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
