NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2014-5995-CI in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 103, Building 850, of VILLAGE LAKE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4829, Page(s) 464, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 33, Page 11, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on March 11, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
