NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-002270-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and Jorge I Arrieta; Jennifer Marie Seija-Arrieta; Lake Forest Condominium Association of Pinellas County, Inc.; The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-B are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Electronically, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 23 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 4305, OF LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56-62 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6000, PAGE 1082, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENT(S) THERETO.
