NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-008449-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC. is Plaintiff, and SYLVIA L. CONTRERAS is Defendant, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of March, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 112 of BEL-AIRE MOBILE VILLAGE, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in O.R. Book 7512, Pages 0692 through 0750, as amended in O.R. Book 7517, Pages 1802 through 1807, O.R. Book 9669, Pages 1141 through 1162, O.R. Book 16120, Pages 0786 through 0803, O.R. Book 16124, Pages 0793 through 0814, and O.R. Book 17596, Page 402, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded February 24, 1994 in O.R. Book 8576, Page 71, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., and including Stock Certificate #112, representing one (1) share in BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., a Florida corporation, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1973 PARL mobile home, VIN #602FK290, Title #0006167025, and Real Property Decal #R263580, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto (the “Property”).

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
