NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-016951-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET-BACKED RECEIVABLES, LLC TRUST 2007-BR2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR2, is Plaintiff and Valford White, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21 of DISSTON BOULEVARD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 10, page 36, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4930 10th Avenue South, Gulf Port, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
