Notice is hereby given that on March 11, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Pinellas Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pinellas County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 58, COUNTRY VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 21 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 20, 2015, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
