NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 21, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-001844-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I is Plaintiff and EDWARD M. BURKE, CAROLYN A. BURKE, WESTLAKE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEING THE SAME PREMISES AS CONVEYED IN DEED FROM VERA F. BAKER, A MARRIED WOMAN, JOINED BY HER SPOUSE MICHAEL BAKER RECORDED 07/13/1998 IN DOCUMENT 98-222109, BOOK 10165, PAGE 1766 IN SAID COUNTY AND STATE.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 820 PARK CT PALM HARBOR FL
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
