NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-13965-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and PAMELA TAVERAS A/K/A PAMELA L TAVERAS AKA PAMELA LEIGH TAVERAS; COACHMAN RESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA TAVERAS A/K/A PAMELA L TAVERAS AKA PAMELA LEIGH TAVERAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of February, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 10-103, PHASE 19, COACHMAN RESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15435, PAGE 910, AS AMENDED BY CORRECTIVE AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 15584, PAGE 494, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15805, PAGE 1167, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
