NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-004212-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CADENCE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, LAMROUEX, BRAD LEE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 17TH DAY OF February, 2015, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
