Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in this cuase, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot No. 324 of TWIN GABLES HOMEOWNERS, INC., according to Exhibit “E” (the “Site Plan”) of the Affidavit recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with a 1972 BUDD mobile home bearing vehicle identification number BF3490F.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of February 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
