A/K/A JULIO ROSADO BREBA'N; NANNETTE ROSADO A/K/A NANETTE ROSADO F/K/A NANNETTE MORENO; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA; NANCY FLORES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TOM JONES; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; AFFORDABLE CITRUS GLED I LTD D/B/A CITRUS GLEN APARTMENTS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE WEST 132 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 165 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 330 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE WEST 10 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: NORTH ½ OF WEST 2 ACRES OF NW ¼ OF NW ¼ OF NW ¼ (LESS NORTH 165 FEET AND LESS WEST 10 FEET FOR ROAD) OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
