NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-8093-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, etc. c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and CECILIA MARIN; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o'clock a.m. on the 28th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
