NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-8093-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, etc. c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and CECILIA MARIN; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o'clock a.m. on the 28th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. A-22 of SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 1), a Condominium, according to the declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3482, Page 2654, and being further described in that certain plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 134, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements.
