NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 04, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025214-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AC1 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AC1, is Plaintiff, and VANDANABEN PATEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 260, BLOCK 13, STONYBROOK WEST UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54 AT PAGES 116 AND 117 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
