NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005631-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-FF3, is Plaintiff, and JAMES CRAIG BAXTER A/K/A CRAIG BAXTER A/K/A CRAIG JAMES BAXTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
