SOTO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXIS SOTO A/K/A ALEXIS J. SOTO N/K/A NATHANIEL HOOMOOK; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 7/29/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 40, CORONATION ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS: BEGIN AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 40 OF SAID CORONATION ADDITION, THENCE SOUTH 44 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, 140.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 40 TO THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 40, THENCE SOUTH 45 DEGREES, 05 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, 40.80 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 40; THENCE NORTH 44 DEGREES, 55 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 140.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF ROYAL STREET; THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES, 05 MINUTES, 00 SECONDS WEST, 40.80 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT- OF-WAY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
