NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 26, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-005083-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and BRUCE E BENISHEK; PATRICIA M BENISHEK; WESTOVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 7/30/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
