NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002149-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CARLOS MARTINEZ; BANK OF AMERICA NA (USA) F/K/A NATIONSBANK, NA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC; ISPC; LAKE JEAN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR MORRISON HOME FUNDING, LLC; ORLANDO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA; SUNTRUST BANK; MARTA I. CABRAL; AMBER L. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 135, ENCLAVE AT LAKE JEAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE(S) 13, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
