Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 16, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1340, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 11, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3436 CROTON TER, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on October 14th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
