SUBJECT TO A ROAD EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 60 FEET THEREOF. TOGETHER WITH AN INGRESS EGRESS EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF THE S1/2 OF THE S1/2 OF THE N1/2 OF SAID SECTION 16.
